You no longer have to wait on a write-approval card before sending your next message. Cowork reads what you send and adds it to the processing queue.
Smart Plan lists load without timing out
Smart Plan lists now load in tiers based on visibility, which clears the timeouts users hit on large accounts.
Answers come back in the language you asked in
Cowork now detects the language of your message and locks the reply to it, fixing cases where an English question got a response in another language, and stopping mid conversation language drift.

The Lofty Help Center is now built into Cowork, so you can ask how a feature works and get an answer in the chat instead of leaving to search.
Bulk actions expanded to six action types
Mass actions now cover six action types, including bulk email, bulk texting, and lead assignment, each with an approval step before it runs.
