• Cowork email safeguards. Cowork now filters out invalid lead email addresses before sending, and tells you why a send failed.
• Custom integration login (OAuth2). Teams connecting their own tools to Cowork can now sign in securely using OAuth2.
• Daily Operations Report read status. You can now see which scheduled tasks you've already reviewed versus which are still new.

Improvements

• Faster, more reliable chat responses. Fixed a backend issue that could occasionally delay Cowork's replies in chat mode.
• More reliable Notion and Slack integrations. Fixed two bugs affecting how Cowork connects to Notion and Slack.
• Clearer errors for custom integrations. When a custom integration's credentials expire, Cowork now shows a clear error instead of retrying with bad information.

Fixes

• Fixed several issues with approval prompts, including prompts that failed to display, disappeared before you could respond, showed up again for actions you'd already approved, or appeared unnecessarily when just viewing documentation.
• Fixed irrelevant approval prompts and repeated prompts during batch actions, plus retries that didn't work correctly after a validation error.
• Fixed an issue where Lead Search could occasionally generate inaccurate search criteria on its own.
• Fixed an issue where Lead Search could get stuck and fail to return results.
• Fixed an issue where Dashboard card filters could return no leads even when matching leads actually existed.
• Fixed an issue where failed text message sends were incorrectly marked as successful.

• Adjustable thinking levels. You can now choose how much reasoning effort the agent applies to a task.
• Goal setup in Cowork. Create and configure CRM goals from Cowork, with results connected to your reporting.
• Simplified lead search. Two overlapping lead search options are now a single, consistent search.

Improvements

• Faster responses. The agent now runs on an upgraded model, improving speed and response quality.
• More reliable long-running sessions. Work in progress is no longer interrupted, and you'll get a warning before an inactive session times out.
• Better handling of long conversations. Content is retained more reliably as conversations grow.
• Clearer task status. Scheduled tasks that finish without producing a deliverable are now correctly flagged, and tasks paused for usage limits are no longer permanently disabled.
• Stronger data protection. Sensitive information is consistently masked everywhere it appears, including tool activity and task summaries.
• Faster CRM performance. Behind the scenes connection improvements across CRM features reduce latency.
• More reliable scripted and automated actions. Improvements to how the agent runs generated scripts and multi-step work.

Fixes

• Phone numbers were sometimes incorrectly marked as unreachable.
• Some requested fields were missing from Lead View results.
• Lead search was missing free text search and did not apply all filters correctly.
• Task creation could conflict when the same field was referenced in more than one way.
• Creating a Smart Plan twice in the same session could produce duplicates.
• Errors when creating tags.

Approval required for every bulk send
Batch email and text sends kicked off inside a larger task now surface the approval card before anything goes out, closing a gap where some batch sends skipped the confirmation step.

More reliable lead search
Improved understanding and output for lead search results with casual language.

Fixes to tasks created through Cowork
Creating a task by chat now handles naming variations for the same field, so due dates, owners, and linked leads land where you expect them.

Steadier long-running sessions
Fixed several issues in longer sessions: approvals no longer expire while Cowork is still working, and a question with no available answer is no longer treated as a system error and retried.

Stop a bulk send mid-run
Bulk email and text now run as a batch you can halt while it's in progress, instead of a full run that cannot be interrupted. 

Dashboard prompt fixes
Improvements to Dashboard recommended action launches and filtering on the People page when accessed from the dashboard.

Cowork connects to 18 of your most-used CRM workflows
Cowork can now run the CRM actions agents reach for most often, directly in conversation, without hopping out to another screen.

Keep typing while an approval is pending
You no longer have to wait on a write-approval card before sending your next message. Cowork reads what you send and adds it to the processing queue.

Smart Plan lists load without timing out
Smart Plan lists now load in tiers based on visibility, which clears the timeouts users hit on large accounts.

Answers come back in the language you asked in
Cowork now detects the language of your message and locks the reply to it, fixing cases where an English question got a response in another language, and stopping mid conversation language drift.

Cowork can answer how-to questions from the Help Center
The Lofty Help Center is now built into Cowork, so you can ask how a feature works and get an answer in the chat instead of leaving to search.

Bulk actions expanded to six action types
Mass actions now cover six action types, including bulk email, bulk texting, and lead assignment, each with an approval step before it runs.

More reliable lead details
Cowork now pulls email, phone number, and unsubscribe status reliably when it's working with a lead, and checks their status before agreeing to send any communication.

Forty CRM actions were rebuilt to call the CRM directly instead of routing through an extra hop, cutting the wait on common requests.

Your message shows up instantly from the Dashboard
After you click Send with Cowork on a Dashboard card, your message appears right away and the list refreshes with the item highlighted.

Remove leads from Smart Plans in bulk
Smart Plan removal now supports batch operations instead of one lead at a time.

Better Plan My Day results
Daily work planning was tuned to produce a more useful plan.
