Note: Lofty is rolling out in stages. Depending on the version your account is on, some features or screens described in this article may look different or may not yet be available to you.
Introduction
The Listings page is your listing inventory: every property you, your office, or your company has on the market, shown as photo cards with price, status, and engagement counts. From here you filter and search listings, track MLS approval, jump into per-listing marketing tools, and add manual listings that aren’t on the MLS.
Opening Listings
- In the left menu, go to Sales → Listings.
The page opens with the Listings heading, a + Manual Listing button, and an Ask Lofty AI button in the top-right corner.
Switching Listing Views
Tabs under the heading scope the card grid, each with a live count:
- My Listings — listings you own.
- Office Listings — listings across your office.
- All Listings — everything you’re allowed to see.
- Hot Sheets — a dropdown of saved listing views (for example, New Listings, Upcoming Open House, Price Reduced) with a Search by name box and + Add a Sheet at the bottom. The gear icon next to it opens the HOT SHEETS SETTING dialog, where the sheets are listed for management.
Note: The Source: dropdown in the top-right corner of the tab bar shows the website the listing data comes from (for example, “www.hemarka.com”).
Checking MLS Approval Status
A banner above the filters summarizes MLS Approval Status with Approved and Pending counts, plus a Check more details > link and a collapse arrow on the right.
Filtering and Searching Listings
The toolbar above the cards narrows the grid:
- All Filters (0) — opens the Filters panel on the right, organized into Basic Info, Property Details, Interior Features, Exterior Features, and Property Features. Basic Info covers Beds, Baths, Property Type, Listing Status, Purchase Type, Days On Site (with an Advanced link), MLS Listing ID, and a Price Reduced checkbox; Property Features offers Open House, Has Picture, New, Hot, Virtual Tour, and 3D Tour. Click Apply to filter or Reset to clear.
- Price — Min Price and Max Price boxes with quick amounts (Any, $100,000, $150,000, and more).
- On Market — switches between My Listings (on-market) and My Listings - Closed.
- The search box on the right accepts City, Zip Code, Subdivision, Neighborhood, School.
- The bookmark icon next to the search box saves the current view as a hot sheet (“Save as a sheet”).
Reading a Listing Card
Each card packs the listing’s status and engagement:
- The photo carries tags such as Ad-Ready Approval and the listing source (for example, Manual Listing).
- The price line pairs the list price with a status tag — Active, Coming Soon, or Contingent in the test data — above the address.
- A row of marketing shortcuts links this listing to promotion tools; hover each icon for its tooltip: Promotion Ads, Listing Video, Social Studio, Design Center, Promotion Page, Open House Form, Text Code, and Buyer Compensation.
- The footer counts engagement, with a tooltip on each number: page views, leads engaged, showing requests, and matched leads (for example, “64 page views for this listing”).
Tip: A blue ad banner on a card (“Unlock your listing's potential! Boost visibility now.”) links straight into listing promotion for that property.
Adding a Manual Listing
Use a manual listing for a property that isn’t synced from the MLS:
- Click + Manual Listing in the top-right corner.
- The ADD MANUAL LISTING dialog opens with 4 steps across the top: Location, Listing Information, Media, and Property Details.
- On the Location step, type the property address in Address (“Enter address to locate”) and add a Unit if needed.
- Click Next to continue through the remaining steps, or Cancel (or the × in the title bar) to close without saving.
Note: The remaining steps collect the listing’s details and photos before it can be published to your site — the full walkthrough is covered in a separate article.
