Introduction
Cowork Tools are the one-click AI actions built into the Cowork workspace. Instead of typing a full request, you pick a tool and Cowork walks you through it — composing messages, prepping for a meeting, planning your day, and more. Finding the Tools
- In the left menu, click Cowork.
- The tools sit as chips along the bottom of the Ask Lofty AI composer.
The built-in quick tools are:
- Compose Messages — draft emails or texts to your leads.
- Prep Meeting — pull together what you need before a meeting.
- Plan My Day — build a prioritized plan from your CRM.
- Performance Report — generate a report on your numbers.
- Create Skills — save a reusable prompt as a custom tool.
- Generate Doc — create a document.
- More — reveals the rest of the available tools.
Tip: The + button to the left of the tools attaches a file to your request, and New Chat in the top-right corner starts a fresh conversation.
Scheduling and Customizing Tools
Click Cowork Tools in the top-right corner to manage how the tools run:
- Scheduled — set tools to run automatically on a schedule.
- Customize — choose which tools appear in your composer.
