Lofty's Website Building Agent makes it easy to create a professional website in minutes. Simply chat with the AI, review your information, and let it build a fully customized site for you.

Getting Started

When you begin creating a new website, you'll see three options:

• Generated With AI – Build your website through a guided, chat-based experience (covered in this article)
• Choose a Template – Select and customize a template manually
• Create a Free Agent Website – Create a free website (available to members only)

Select Generated With AI to get started.

Review Your Marketing Profile

The AI automatically searches public sources to build your marketing profile. It looks for information such as:

• Your headshot
• Bio
• MLS details
• Specialties
• Sales performance
• Featured areas
• Reviews

You'll see a preview of everything the AI finds on the left side of your screen.

Already have profile information saved? Don't worry—the AI won't overwrite anything you've already entered. It only fills in the gaps.

Need to make changes? You can edit any field by typing your request in the chat. For example, you might say "Update my bio to mention my 10 years of experience" or "Remove the specialties section."

When everything looks good, click Approve to continue.

Generate Your Website

After you approve your profile, the AI gets to work. It will:

• Select a template that fits your brand and profile
• Plan your site's menu and structure
• Write all your website content
• Add images throughout your site

Once your site is generated, you can preview the design. Want a different look? You can switch to another template at this stage.

When you're happy with the design, click Approve to finalize.

What's Next

After approving your design, you'll be taken to your CMS dashboard where you can:

• Configure your custom domain
• Connect your MLS

These final steps work the same way as the standard website setup process.
