Introduction
AI action workflows add intelligence to your smart plans by automatically classifying, generating, summarizing, and extracting data from your communications. Here’s how each AI action works, how to set them up, and why they’re valuable when managing leads and automating follow-up.

Summary
AI Classifier
The classifier helps you understand the intent of your leads by analyzing their latest email and automatically categorizing them as "interested" or "not interested."
In your smart plan, select Actions to open the action categories. Then select AI Actions -> AI Classifier.
Configure the classifier to analyze your preferred lead content. This could be any lead, agent, listing, or transaction variable or any previous communication with a lead.
This setting is telling the AI which information to look at to classify the lead appropriately. For this example, we will look at the latest text message sent from the lead. Next, we need to provide the categorization options, such as "Positive", "Negative", "Interested", or "Not Interested". Toggle Single Category on if you want the information to be categorized as one or the other, but not both/all categories.
Next, test your categorization by giving the AI some sample information. Provide a test lead or a test content for the AI to classify for you. Additional instructions are optional, but can help the AI with its classification efforts.
The AI Classifier can be used to create branch conditions in your Smart Plan. For example, if the lead's previous text message was perceived to be positive, you could send one text message template and if the lead's previous text message was perceived to be negative, you could send a different communication.
AI Generator
The generator writes emails for you based on instructions and tone you set, using information from the lead’s messages. Navigate to your Smart Plan actions and select AI Actions -> AI Generator.
Set the tone, such as "Friendly" and provide detailed instructions for how the AI should generate a Smart Plan communication. Select a variable for the AI to use to get started. This could be any lead, agent, listing, transaction, or general variable as well as past lead communication or previous AI Action Output. Select a lead to test the AI output and see the content the AI has generated.
Once you are satisfied with the test AI response, click Save. This will create an Action in your Smart Plan for the AI to follow your instructions and generate a response to the lead.
AI Summarizer
The summarizer condenses long messages or conversations into clear, concise bullet points. Select the AI Summarize AI action in your workflow.
Next, choose the content to summarize—this could be an email, text, call, or another AI action output. Enter sample content to test the summary.
If you are satisfied with the test results, save the action. The summarizer helps you quickly grasp the key points from lengthy emails, making follow-up easier and more efficient.
AI Extractor
The extractor pulls key data from your communications, such as name, budget, location, or time frame. Add the AI Extractor action to your smart plan.
Specify which details to extract from incoming emails, texts, calls, or previous AI outputs. Test the extraction to verify it pulls the correct information.
If you are satisfied with the results, save the action. The extractor automates data entry and ensures you never miss important lead details.
AI actions simplify your workflows and make your smart plans more responsive and powerful. Use classifiers for better lead management, generators for personalized communication, summarizers for quick insights, and extractors for pulling key details—all in one automated sequence. This saves you time and ensures every lead gets the right attention.
