Introduction

A Comparative Market Analysis is a tool that real estate agents use to get buyers and sellers to do business. This is done by providing a report, called CMA or Listing Presentation, that includes an estimate of the value of a specific property based on comparable listings that have sold, are pending, or are still active on the market.

We have two (2) types of reports that can be created using the Lofty Present Tool:

1. The CMA is a simplified report with just the fundamental listing comparison information. All Lofty users can create an unlimited number of CMA reports.
2. The Listing Presentation is a fully customizable CMA report, which contains not only the Listing comparison data but also a deep analysis and other customizable content.

Purchasing the Listing Presentation Add-On

Lofty Present includes both the free CMA tool as well as the paid add-on Listing Presentation feature. Listing Presentations cost $19.99 per month and can be purchased in the Lofty Marketplace or via the Marketing page.

The cost will be pro-rated based on the day of the month purchased.
