Introduction
Lofty users often ask for ways they can improve their recruiting efforts. To make it easier out of the box, we built recruiting landing page and website page templates.
Landing Page Templates
We frequently get asked for resources that will help companies recruit new agents. To address this request, we have built two new recruiting page templates for users to choose from. These page templates are available in the CMS editor and in the Landing Page library.
To get to the Recruiting Landing Pages, go to Marketing > Landing Pages > Add a New Landing Page
Scroll down to the bottom or click on the Careers tab. Why Join Us and Your Career Journey are both landing pages designed to support recruiting efforts.
Leads who register on a Recruiting landing page will enter Lofty with the lead type of Agent.
Webpage Templates
If you want to add recruiting pages directly to your Lofty website, go to Pages > Add Page > Recruiting.
Tips and Tricks
Here are some tips to make your recruiting efforts stand out:
- Easy Application Submission Form: End with a form for prospective agents to enter their contact information, upload a resume, or express their interest. This step initiates the application process, making it seamless for interested candidates.
- Booking Link for Introductory Chat: Include a scheduling link where interested agents can set up an informal coffee chat or meeting with someone from your brokerage to learn more.
-
Competitive Commission Splits:
- Highlight clear details of commission splits, showcasing any unique advantages that set your brokerage apart.
- Clearly explain commission plans (e.g., 100% commission options or split plans). A chart or table can be particularly effective in breaking down the options, allowing agents to quickly understand their earning potential.
- Advanced Systems & Real Estate Technology: Emphasize the technology tools provided, such as a CRM, lead management, and marketing automation, that help agents streamline their work.
-
Comprehensive Coaching & Mentorship Programs:
- Describe personalized coaching options, mentorship for new agents, and development pathways that foster growth and career advancement.
- Outline the 1:1 coaching and mentorship options, as well as any group training sessions, continuing education, or development programs offered to help agents build their skills and grow their careers.
- Full-Service Support & Professional Workshops: Mention the dedicated support staff and regular workshops that provide ongoing training and help with day-to-day tasks.
-
Culture & Team Environment:
- Illustrate your company’s culture—whether it’s collaborative, innovative, or supportive—and share team photos or a short video.
- Highlight the amenities available, such as meeting spaces, technology tools, or any on-site conveniences like a dedicated work cafe, gym access, or private workstations.
- List any health or retirement plans, wellness programs, and financial perks that make joining your brokerage attractive beyond commission.
- Authentic Agent Testimonials: Include quotes or short videos from current agents who can speak to the impact the brokerage has had on their careers.
-
Dedicated Support Roles:
- Detail the services provided by roles like the ISA for lead qualification, a Marketing Manager for content support, and a Transaction Coordinator for seamless transaction management.
- Showcase the in-house support available, like practicing brokers for mentorship, a photographer or videographer, a real estate attorney, title company, and partnerships with lenders and vendors. This support can make agents feel equipped to succeed.
-
Leads Provided:
- Highlight any partnerships with lenders that provide agents with vetted, ready-to-go leads through preferred lenders.
- Mention if and how the brokerage provides leads, whether through a lead generation program/ads or preferred partners, to show agents you’re invested in helping them build their business.
- Independence & Flexibility: Emphasize the freedom agents have to build their businesses and control their schedules.
- Emphasis on Work-Life Balance: Showcase how the brokerage supports agents in balancing work commitments with personal life, an attractive aspect for both experienced and new agents.
- Opportunities for New vs. Experienced Agents: Include specific benefits for both brand-new agents (such as training and support) and experienced agents (like high commission splits and leadership opportunities).
