Introduction

The social media feed block is a feature available to advanced social studio users. This feature will display your social media feed on your IDX website.

Instructions

To add the social media feed block to your Lofty website, navigate to the CMS tool and open the website editor. More information on editing your Lofty website can be found here: Add / Edit Website Pages

The social media feed block is located in the Block Library.

When the block is added, it will automatically add any social media posts that have been shared. To edit the feed sources, click the edit icon on the block to open the block editor panel:

Please note:

• When a site visitor clicks on any of the posts, it will redirect them to the details on that social platform.
• This Social Feed will show existing posts from connected social pages even if they were not published via the Lofty Social Studio (with the exception of LinkedIn).
• Video posts will not display
• Link-only posts will not generate a preview
