Introduction
The Property Tour tool allows Lofty users to create listing showing itineraries for potential home buyers and renters. This tool allows you to set the meeting time and location, as well as all the homes on the tour, and calculates the estimated travel time between each stop. If the lead has created a profile on your Lofty website, they are able to view the tour itinerary there and leave feedback for all of the homes they tour.

Setting up the Property Tour
From the Calendar
Navigate to the Lofty calendar, click + Create, and select Add Property Tour
A pop-up will prompt you to select the lead that is taking the tour. Enter their information here to find the lead in the CRM.
Once the lead has been selected, you may start planning the tour. Click Start Planning to begin.
Click Add Listing to add homes to the property tour. Don't forget to also set a meeting location and time. If you need to change the order of the listings on the tour, click and hold the three-line icons to drag and drop the listings into their new order.
You can freely adjust the arrival time at each listing for more flexible planning. The tool will only prompt you when there is a time gap or overlap. Additionally, the refresh button has been enabled to recalculate the shortest time.
Click the three dots icon to contact the listing agent, view the listing details, or delete the listing from the tour.
By default, the tour will begin at 8 AM the following day. The tour will be added to your Lofty calendar, so please remember to schedule the correct time and date. The default time spent at each listing is 30 minutes, but can be as long as 2 hours. The tour will fail to generate if there are more than 10 listings on the tour and if the tour lasts longer than 24 hours.
Once the tour has been saved, you have the option to view the tour and email the tour to the lead. When sending the email, the template is pre-written and can be edited before sending. Be sure to click Confirm to save the tour.
From the Listings Page
Navigate to Listings and check the box next to at least one listing. Once the box is checked, click Create Property Tour to get started.
Next, the selected listings will be added to the tour and you will be prompted to select the lead for the tour.
Once the lead is selected, you have the opportunity to edit the tour. Again, remember to set your starting location, time, and date.
From the Lead Profile
Navigate to the lead's profile and select Create Property Tour from the menu in the three-dot icon.
Next, you may begin building the tour, the same as described above.
Edit Property Tour
When a property tour has been scheduled with a lead, the tour will be available in the Appointments section of the lead profile.
Click the '...' menu to see the Property Tour Options.
Click Edit to change the Property Tour. This will open the tour and you can rearrange the tour order, delete the listing from the tour, and add another listing to the tour.
The Lead Experience
If the lead has set up a profile on your Lofty website, they can view any scheduled and completed tours in the My Tours & Showings section of their account. The lead is also able to provide feedback on the listings they tour. This feedback will be available to view on the lead's profile in the Lofty CRM.
