Introduction
Lofty and HomeLight have partnered to create a seamless way to provide Cash Offers and Trade-In services to HomeLight-certified agents using Lofty. Lofty and HomeLight’s integration will allow for users to easily send leads from the Lofty platform to HomeLight to kick off the qualification process.
*IMPORTANT: Please note that the availability of this integration is limited to a closed-beta group at this point in time. If you are interested in having your name added to the list of potential participants, please reach out to Lofty Support (support@lofty.com).

Integration Setup
To connect HomeLight to Lofty, simply navigate to Settings > Integrations > HomeLight > Connect. Alternatively, you can go to Lofty Marketplace > Cash Offer/Trade-In > Connect.
This will then walk you through the necessary steps to log into your HomeLight account and authorize Lofty to have access.
*IMPORTANT: This integration will only be visible to you if you have been added to the closed beta list for participation.
How it Works
To utilize the integration, first, navigate to the lead profile of a lead that you would like to send to HomeLight for the Cash Offer or Trade-In program.
Click on the Quick Action Menu and then select the HomeLight program you are looking to use. The HomeLight options that are displayed will depend on the lead type as follows:

Once you have clicked either the Submit Cash Offer or the Submit Trade-In option, you will be presented with a pop-up asking you to verify the information that you would like to submit to HomeLight. The next steps will be as follows:
Submit Cash Offer
The following fields are required when submitting a lead to the HomeLight Cash Offer program:

- Property Price
- Property Type
- State
Submit Trade-In
The following fields are required when submitting a lead to the HomeLight Trade-In program:

- Timeline
- Condition
- Year Built
What Happens Next
- After a lead is successfully submitted to HomeLight, a confirmation email will be sent to you and your client. This will include an invite to schedule a meeting with the Client Advisor to learn more about the program
- To proceed, your client will need to schedule a meeting with their Client Advisor and yourself. Please ensure they do so using the link HomeLight emailed them.
