Introduction
This article outlines some of the differences found in Enterprise accounts when compared to the team products currently active in Lofty. Be aware that most features are the same at the Enterprise level as they are in the team products so it would be advisable to review the following articles to understand how the logic works for these features at the team level.

Purchasing Websites
To purchase a Basic Group Website or a Growth Agent Website, navigate to the Lofty Marketplace > IDX Website > Select Agent Website or Basic Group Website. The system will walk you through the steps to purchase this type of website. You can purchase for yourself (if you do not already have a website) or you can purchase for someone under your group organization.
Site List
To access your site list, log into your CRM and then click Website on the top menu:
Here, you will be presented with a list of the websites to which you have access. This will vary based on permissions, but if you are the Account Owner/Admin you will be able to see all websites and if you are a Group Owner/Admin then you will see all websites within that group.
Moving or Deleting Users
Because websites are associated with specific user accounts/seats, this means that moving users between groups (see Enterprise Organization and Hierarchy Overview) can result in required changes for the websites. Below, the logic is outlined for the scenarios that might occur from the perspective of either (1) the Group Owner or (2) a Group Member/Agent.
Essentially, the question being addressed here is the following: "What will happen with the Group Website or Agent Subdomains when we delete or move users?"
(1) Group Owner & Group Website
The logic below is what will happen when editing a Group Owner's account. It explains what will happen to their Group Website.
(a) Deleting a Group Owner's Account
Scenario 1
There are other members of the group that do not have a website associated with their accounts which means one of them can take over the Group Website.
A drop-down list will be available to change the owner of the Group Website and choose from those who do not already have a website tied to their account (only one website per seat).
If the one paying for the Group Website is the Group Owner, the bill for that Group Website ($99/month) will be changed to the Company Owner's billing account.
Scenario 2
All members of the group already have a website associated with their accounts which means no one can take over the Group Website.
The Group Website will be deleted when the Group Owner is deleted.
(b) Moving a Group Owner to another Group
This can be done via Settings > Profile or via Organization Hierarchy.
Scenario 1
There are other members of the group that do not have a website associated with their accounts which means one of them can take over the Group Website.
A drop-down list will be available to change the owner of the Group Website and choose from those who do not already have a website tied to their account (only one website per seat).
If the one paying for the Group Website is the Group Owner, the bill for that Group Website ($99/month) will be changed to the Account Owner's billing account.
Scenario 2
All members of the group already have a website associated with their accounts which means no one can take over the Group Website.
A prompt will be made available that can be used to add a group member that does not have their own website.
(2) Group Member/Agent & Agent Subdomain
The logic below is what will happen when editing a Group Member/Agent's account. It explains what will happen to their Agent Subdomain.
(a) Moving a Group Member/Agent to another Group
Scenario 1
The agent who is being moved already has an Agent Subdomain that is associated with and syncing from the Group Website and the destination group has a Group Website as well.
The current Agent Subdomain will be deleted and the system will create a new Agent Subdomain based on the destination Group Website.
Scenario 2
The agent who is being moved already has an Agent Subdomain that is associated with and syncing from the Group Website and the destination group does not have a Group Website set up.
The current Agent Subdomain will be deleted when the user is transferred to the new group.
Scenario 3
The agent who is being moved already has an Agent Subdomain that is associated with and syncing from the Growth Group Website.
No changes will take place to the Agent Subdomain.
Scenario 4
The agent who is being moved has an Agent Website that is paid for by themselves or the Company Owner/Admin.
Neither the ownership nor the responsible party to pay for the Agent Website will be changed.
Scenario 5
The agent who is being moved has an Agent Website that is paid for by the Group Owner.
The party responsible for paying for the Agent Website will be changed to be the Company Owner.
