Introduction
This article describes the process of integrating Office 365 Email with Lofty. Please refer to the steps and screenshots below for guidance on setting this up.

Steps
First, navigate to Settings > Integrations > Office 365 Email > Connect:
After clicking the "Connect" button, you will see the following window appear. Choose the Microsoft email account you would like to connect to Lofty:
If this is the first time you are connecting Microsoft to Lofty, you will need to accept the requested permissions:
Once you have given the right permissions to Lofty, you will see that the integration will display as being connected successfully:
Also, please note that you will receive an email confirming that you have been given access to Lofty. The email should look something like this:
Test Connection / Integration Error
Please note that on occasion, some email accounts will NOT be connected correctly, even though the system says it has been connected. The main reason for this is typically due to a "REST API is not yet supported for this mailbox" error for the request to a mailbox.
This being the case, we suggest testing out your email connection as soon as you have connected. To do this, simply add yourself as a lead using a second email address. Then, click on "Email" from the lead profile:
Then, make sure you select your integrated email from the drop-down:
If integrated correctly, the email that is sent via Lofty will display on the activities timeline in Lofty and in the "Sent" folder of the integrated email account. If the integration has failed, you will see an activities timeline log that looks like the following:
