Introduction

Grammarly is an easy-to-use language grammar-checking web app that will help improve the quality of your writing and auto-check your writing. 

*IMPORTANT: Note that Grammarly is not integrated directly into Lofty-it is actually connected to your browser.

Access Grammarly via Lofty

First, log in to Lofty CRM and navigate to Settings > Features > Integrations. Scroll down to the Independent Integration section, located near the bottom of the page. Click the Connect button, then you will be led to the Grammarly website.

Click the Add to Chrome button, and then you are required to input your email to register.

You can choose between the free version or the premium version.

After registering, you will be directed to the web app. Here you are able to upload a file or create a new doc to begin optimizing your writing.

Next to the web address on your browser, you will notice the Grammarly icon. Make sure that you turn on the switch toggle for Lofty to allow access.

You can download the following tools to bring Grammarly to you wherever you write:

1. The Grammarly browser extension for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge
2. Grammarly’s desktop app for your Mac or PC. Compatible:
   - For Windows: Windows 7, Windows, 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10
   - For Mac: macOS 10.9 and higher
