This article will review how to set up email parsing in Lofty for SmartZip leads.

What kind of Email will be Parsed?

Lofty is able to parse a new lead into your CRM based on an email alert that comes from SmartZip to your Lofty-integrated email. Here are the common items that Lofty searches for in Email Parsing:

From Address: support@smartzip-services.com
Subject: Information Captured: xxx
Email Body:

How to Set it Up

Go to your website admin login page: http://clients.smartzip.com/signin

Once logged in, click on your Profile Picture and then Account Settings. Next, click Add next to the secondary email; paste in your integrated email in Lofty or the unique Lofty email address, and ensure that the Send Notifications checkbox is checked.

Note: The fields parsed from SmartZip are Full Name, Email, and Phone. Any other fields will be parsed as Notes in Lofty.

How to find your unique Lofty email address in Lofty?

Go to the Settings page, and under the Features section on the right, click Integration to Integration page and then click Lead Capture.

On the bottom of this page, you will see Auto-import Lead via third-party providers. Here, you will see your Lofty email, which you will use to auto-import leads from Realtor.com. In this section, click Copy.
