This article will review how to set up email parsing in Lofty for Point 2 Home leads.
What kind of Email will be Parsed?
Lofty is able to parse a new lead into your CRM based on an email alert that comes from Point 2 Homes to your Lofty-integrated email. Here are the common items that Lofty searches for in Email Parsing:
From Address: noreply@point2.com
Subject: More information needed about property at xxx
Email Body:
How to Set it Up
Log into your Point 2 Homes account: https://www.point2homes.com/
Go to My Account and click Edit under profile details.
Add your integrated email in Lofty or the unique Lofty email address.
How to find your unique Lofty email address in Lofty?
Go to the Settings page, and under the Features section on the right, click Integration to Integration page and then click Lead Capture.
On the bottom of this page, you will see Auto-import Lead via third-party providers. Here, you will see your Lofty email, which you will use to auto-import leads from Realtor.com. In this section, click Copy.
