This article will review how to set up email parsing in Lofty for Market Leader leads.
What kind of Email will be Parsed?
Lofty is able to parse a new lead into your CRM based on an email alert that comes from the Market Leader to your Lofty-integrated email. Here are the common items that Lofty searches for in Email Parsing:
From Address: do-not-reply@marketleader.com
Subject: Market Leader Alert - New Contact
Email Body:
How to Set it Up
Login to your MarketLeader account here.
Click your dropdown profile view to list the My Account settings. Then Select the My Account option.
Enter your integrated email in Lofty or your unique Lofty email address into External Email, then don't forget to click Save.
How to find your unique Lofty email address in Lofty?
Go to the Settings page, and under the Features section on the right, click Integration to Integration page and then click Lead Capture.
On the bottom of this page, you will see Auto-import Lead via third-party providers. Here, you will see your Lofty email, which you will use to auto-import leads from Realtor.com. In this section, click Copy.
