Social Media Manager

Create a Post

Social Media Manager embeds an AI experience into Social Studio. 

To quickly generate a post, you can hover over the AI-Generated Post button. This will take you to the Create a Post screen, where you can continue to conversate with AI Marketer to perfect your post. 

Social Media Manager will generate 2-3 post options for you to choose from. You can also continue to refine the post options using the chat or the enhancement buttons.

Once you are happy with one of the recommendations, click the Use It button to bring the content into your post editor. 

If you have a post idea that needs refinement, you can click the Create a Post button and start having a conversation about the post you want to make. Social Media Manager will generate post options, complete with hashtags or relevant URLs, for you to choose from. 

Once the post has been perfected, you can either post immediately or schedule for a future date. 

Automatic Posts

Automatic Listing Posts

Automatic listing posts will automatically be posted to your selected social media profiles when the listing status changes. This feature is only available to Advanced Social Studio users.

The available listing statuses are:

• Coming Soon
• New Listings
• Open House
• Price Reduced
• Under Contract
• Sold
• Back To Market

Automatic Holiday Posts

The Holiday greetings that are supported are:

• New Year's Day
• National Realtor's Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Halloween
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas
• Valentine's Day
• Labor Day

*At this time, users cannot request additional holidays or opt-out of the supported holidays. 

Set Up Auto Posts

To set up this feature, navigate to Marketing > Social Studio, click the Settings button, and select Auto-Post Settings:

Under My Listings and Office Listings, you have 5 different options to customize:

1. Enable/disable auto posting
2. Customize the default captions for your auto posts (Click to set default content)
3. Select which social profiles you would like to auto post to (Applied Profiles)
4. Filter specific property criteria you would like to auto-post (Property Filter)
5. Filter specific listing statuses you would like to auto-post (Triggers)

2. Customize Default Captions

For Listing auto posting, you will enter the generic caption that you'd like to use. Pro tip: Use the Variables to pull in specific data from your listings!

3. Applied Profiles

Clicking on this section brings you to the profile and status selector. Here, you can pick which profiles and which listing statuses you'd like to include auto-posts for. 

4. Property Filter

To add a filter to the types of listings that are included in an auto-post, click the Property Filter icon next to Office Listings or My Listings. The total number of listings included, after applying a filter, is available in the lower left corner.

5. Triggers

To pick the listing statuses that you'd like to trigger an auto-post for, simply click on the different statuses under Triggers.
