The Lofty mobile app assistant is a voice summoned assistant that will help your reach the full potential of the tools available in your Lofty mobile app.
Note: This feature is currently being beta tested, and you may encounter some latency. Please reach out to our support team to request access to the Lofty mobile app assistant.
Summoning the Assistant
To summon the Lofty mobile app assistant, you must first enable the assistant in the mobile app settings. You will also need to enable microphone permission to use the Lofty mobile app assistant.
Once these permissions have been granted, summon the assistant by saying "Hey Lofty".
The mobile Lofty assistant can be turned on or off in the Lofty app settings. If the assistant is disabled, the "Hey Lofty" command will not summon the assistant.
What Can the Assistant Do?
Call a Lead
Let the assistant know which lead you would like to call by saying "Hey Lofty, call Lead Name". If multiple leads are found, the assistant will clarify which one you would like to call.
After acknowledging which lead you want to call, the assistant will connect the call. The call can be made using VOIP, bridge, or your cell phone.
Text a Lead
To text a lead, say "Hey Lofty, text Lead Name". First the assistant will provide all of the leads who matched your description. After selecting the correct lead, draft your text message to the lead.
Add a Note
Say "Hey Lofty, leave a note on Lead Name" to add a note to a lead's profile. The assistant will redirect you to the lead's detail page and will leave the note on that lead's detail page.
Note: The Lofty mobile app assistant has a limit of 50 interactions per hour. Once you have hit your limit of 50 interactions in one hour, the assistant will turn off until the hour has elapsed.
