This chat based assistant will answer your questions and help you utilize all the tools available in your Lofty CRM. 

Note: This feature is currently being beta tested, and you may encounter some latency. Please reach out to our support team to request access to the Lofty web assistant.

Accessing the Assistant

To access the assistant, click the stars icon that has been added to the dialer icon in the lower right corner.

You can also access the assistant when you select Submit a Ticket in the ? icon menu

What Can the Assistant Do?

The assistant will provide a prompt of some common questions related to Product, Marketing, and updating Lead data.

Product Questions

The Lofty web assistant can help with the following basic information included in your Lofty CRM:

1. General questions: The assistant will use the Lofty Help Center as knowledge base
2. MLS application status: The assistant can provide an update on your MLS application status
3. Billing details: The assistant can provide information on payments to Lofty, dating back to December 2022

Marketing

The Lofty web assistant can help with the following marketing tasks:

1. Feature a listing
2. Create an open house form
3. Purchase neighborhood farming data
4. Generate local market report

Update a Lead

The Lofty web assistant can help you maintain your lead database:

1. Add a note to a lead's profile
2. Update a lead's details

If none of the above options meet your needs, you can also chat with the assistant, and it will do it's best to help. There is a limit of 50 chats to the assistant per hour. This limit will reset each hour. 

Rate the assistant by clicking the thumbs up or thumbs down after each response. A pop-up will collect additional feedback.
