Introduction
This chat-based assistant will answer your questions and help you utilize all the tools in your Lofty CRM.
Note: This feature is being beta-tested, and you may encounter some latency.
Summary
Accessing the Assistant
To access the assistant, click the AI icon in the lower right corner.
You can also access the assistant when you select Submit a Ticket in the ? icon menu
What can the Assistant Do?
The assistant will start by asking if you have a question or would like to report an issue.
The Service Bot is designed to answer your questions quickly and can help with a variety of issues, for example:
Product Questions
Service Bot can help with basic information included in your Lofty CRM:
- General questions: The assistant will use the Lofty Help Center as knowledge base
- MLS application status: The assistant can provide an update on your MLS application status
- Billing details: The assistant can provide information on payments to Lofty, dating back to December 2022
Marketing
Service Bot can generate marketing ideas, formerly handled by the AI Marketing Assistant: AI Marketing Assistant. Service Bot can help with the following marketing tasks:
- Feature a listing
- Create an open house form
- Purchase neighborhood farming data
- Generate local market report
Update a Lead
Service Bot can help you maintain your lead database:
- Add a note to a lead's profile
- Update a lead's details
You can also chat with the assistant, and it will do it's best to help. There is a limit of 50 chats to Service Bot per hour. This limit will reset each hour.
If Service Bot is unable to answer your question, it will automatically transfer your chat to a live Lofty Support Representative. If a representative is available, you will be able to chat with them directly through the Service Bot's chat window and the support representative's name will be available at the top of the chat.
If no Lofty support team members are available, or if you are chatting outside of support's hours, you have the option to leave a message and we'll get back to you ASAP!
