Introduction

The "Reviews Block" can be used to present client testimonials/reviews that you would like to feature on your site. You can integrate multiple review sources to each Reviews Block. Instructions on integrating your reviews from Zillow, Google, and RateMyAgent are included here. Subdomain websites are not able to integrate their own reviews.

IMPORTANT:

Reviews from third party sources (RMA, Zillow, Google) cannot be edited and you cannot pick and choose which reviews are visible, however you can choose to not show reviews from a source.

Integration Settings

Navigate to the CMS -> Settings -> Tools -> Integration to access the integration settings. While you can integrate Google, Zillow, and RateMyAgent, you can only connect one account to each. That is, you can integrate one (1) Google account, one (1) Zillow account, and one (1) RateMyAgent account. Please note, the RateMyAgent integration is exclusive to those with RateMyAgent Pro or higher subscription plans.

Google Review Integration

To add your Google reviews to your Lofty website, navigate to CMS -> Settings -> Tools -> Integration and select Google My Business.

Click Connect and log in with your Google credentials.

Authorize the integration to your Google My Business account.

Zillow Review Integration

To add your Zillow reviews to your Lofty website, navigate to CMS -> Settings -> Tools -> Integration and select Zillow.

Input your Zillow screen name into the field and click Save. 

If you do not know your Zillow screen name, navigate to your Zillow profile https://www.zillow.com/profile, select Professional Information → ScreenName.

RateMyAgent Review Integration

To add your RateMyAgent reviews to your Lofty website, navigate to CMS -> Settings -> Tools -> Integration and select RateMyAgent.

Navigate to your RateMyAgent account profile to obtain your AgentCode.

Input the AgentCode to the field to complete integration.

Adding Reviews to your Website

Navigate to the website editor to select the visible review source(s). Detailed instructions can be found here: Reviews Block
