The ChatGPT powered marketing assistant will help you generate marketing materials in seconds. This assistant is located on the Campaigns page and will help create content for Listing Promotion, Open Houses, and Geographic Farming.

To get started, navigate to Marketing and click the AI icon in the lower right corner.

Please note: This feature is currently in beta. This means it may be slow to generate content and you may see some errors. Please feel free to send us feedback!

Feature a Listing

This first option is to Feature a Listing. To get started, simply click the Feature a Listing prompt.

After selecting Feature a Listing, up to 15 of your listings and your team's listings will appear. Hover over the listings and click the arrows to cycle through the listings. Click Confirm this listing to select the listing you want to feature. 

The AI Assistant will generating marketing materials for the selected listing. This includes a landing page, accessed by clicking the Promotion Page link.

The AI Assistant creates promotional listing content for a Social Post, Blog Post, Email, and Text message.

All content can be edited before it is posted or sent to leads.

Open House Event

The Open House Event prompt will assist you in scheduling an Open House event as well as creating an Open House Form. Learn more about Open House Forms here: Open House Forms

Selecting Open House Event will once again display your listings and allow you to select the listing for the event. If the open house is being hosted at another address, it can be provided to the AI via the message box.

After selecting the listing, the AI will help you schedule the Open House, if the event has not already been scheduled. 

Click Yes to confirm the date and time. Click No to modify the date and time. Once the Open House event has been scheduled, the AI will assist with creating an Open House Form. The Open House Form is an easy way to collect contact information from Open House guests.

The AI will also create some marketing materials, to promote your Open House event. These are the same as the Feature Listing options, explained above.

Neighborhood Farming

Neighborhood Farming will direct you to Lofty's Geographic Farming tool. This is a great option to market yourself and your services to an area that you know well. Learn more about Geographic Farming here: Geographic Farming

The AI will provide a prompt with some of the cities where you have active listings. You can also provide a new city in the message box.

After selecting your city, the AI will provide a prompt to navigate to the Geographic Farming tool, where the city will already be provided in the search bar.

Local News

Local News will assist with the following tasks, based on location:

• Generate a marketing report blog post
• Create other marketing content:
  • Social media posts
  • Emails
  • Texts

The assistant will prompt a few cities that you have listings in. Select one of these cities or provide a different city.

Marketing Report Blog Post

First, the assistant will write a blog post about the selected city. This report is shown on the blog page as a draft, and after confirming the blog, the blog will be published on-site for marketing purposes.

The blog post can be edited in the CMS tool and it can either be posted immediately, or it can be scheduled to be posted in the future, like any other blog post.

Marketing Content

The assistant will write marketing content based on the generated marketing report. This content can be posted to social media, sent via email, or sent via text with one click
