AI Blog Assistant

Lofty's ChatGPT-powered AI Blog Assistant is specifically designed for real estate professionals. This powerful tool harnesses the capabilities of ChatGPT to help you create engaging blog posts to promote your listings and reach your target audience.

Effortless Blog Generation

With this new feature, you can effortlessly generate a blog post to promote a listing by simply selecting a property. The AI Blog Assistant will create a well-crafted blog post with a title, emphasizing the property's key features and appealing to potential buyers.

Tailor-Made Content

If you prefer a more customized approach, you can request a Blog Assistant to write a blog post by providing a title, tags, and bullet points. Our AI system will use the information you provide to create a professional and engaging blog post that resonates with your target audience.

Continuous Development

This is the first feature we've released that utilizes ChatGPT, and our team is actively researching and developing additional tools to further enhance your real estate efforts. Keep an eye out for updates and improvements as we continue to innovate in this space.

Each week, you are able to generate ten (10) AI-assisted blog posts. That limit will reset each week.

Navigate to the CMS tool to access this feature:

Navigate to the CMS by clicking Website in the CRM. Here, you are able to access the AI Blog Writing Assistant by clicking the panel on the right-hand side, or by clicking Blog in the menu at the top of the screen.

Once you have navigated to the Blog page in the CMS tool, select AI Writing Assistant to get started. 

We offer two (2) different types of blogs:

1. Feature a Listing
   1. Select a listing to market and the related listing information will be used to generate a blog post.
2. General Blog
   1. Provide a title and a few keywords, and the AI will write a blog post based on that information.

For both blog types, select a length. The lengths are rough estimates, not an exact number of words:

• Short = ~ 300 words
• Medium = ~ 500 words
• Long = ~ 700 words

Note: For WordPress Blog users we are not offering AI Blog Writing Assistant service so we encourage our users to try Lofty Blog. 

AI Email and Text Generator

With this feature, all Lofty users can utilize AI to help them write emails and text messages. The feature can be found in the email editor, text editor, and the Workspace. A small icon that looks like a pencil with magic dust will open the AI writing assistant.

We offer five (5) pre-built generation options:

1. Schedule a Call
2. Follow up with the lead
3. Self Introduction
4. Property Needs
5. Pre-Approval

As well as a custom generation, based on prompts provided by you.

The AI Writing Assistant can also assist with writing an email reply to a lead.

The same option is also built into email replies, where the AI will help write a response to the lead.

All Lofty users will have the following limits on use, which will reset weekly:

• 50 AI-generated text messages
• 25 AI-generated emails

AI Social Media Assistant

The AI writing assistant can also assist Lofty users with writing social media post captions. The following actions are available:

Social Studio Pro and Team users have unlimited access to this tool, while free Social Studio users can utilize the AI social media writing assistant 10 times per week.

To use this feature, provide some content to get the AI started, highlight that content, and then select the action the AI writing assistant should take:

BETA - AI Call Summary Assistant

This feature was created to help our clients follow up on calls with their leads. The AI Call Summary Assistant is currently in CLOSED beta. Users must have a call package, with call recording enabled. There is an allotment of 20 uses per week. This feature is not available by request. 

The AI Call Summary Assistant provides the following assistance:

• Provides a summary of the call recording to help users quickly recall the conversation, without leaving a call note.
• Highlights the key information during the dialogue and provides next-step suggestions and a quick Call to Action, to enhance the follow-up efficiency.

The AI Call Summary Assistant is available under a recorded call in the lead's timeline. Click AI Assistant to generate the call summary.

Each user must agree the Terms of Use before the first generation. This Terms of Use will note the following:

• Call recording data and some basic information will be transmitted to third-party platforms‘ analysis. Not be used for any commercial purposes.
• If the user refuses to agree, they are not be able to use the AI call summary.

Summary

The call summary is one paragraph describing main content/purpose of the call. The user who triggers the summary can click the thumbs up or down to provide feedback on if the summary is useful/not useful. 

Conversation Transcription

A full transcription of the conversation is also available. Within the Conversation tab, there are three (3) scenarios that the AI assistant can assist with.

Lead Information Update

If the AI detects a name, email, or phone number other than the lead's information, it will provide a prompt to either change the lead's information or add a family member.

Update Buyer Preferences

If the AI detects some kind of search criteria (budget, property type, rooms, etc.) the AI will prompt to update the lead's search criteria.

Schedule an Appointment

If the AI detects a date, time, or location it will provide a prompt to schedule an appointment with the lead.
