In this article, we will review how to set up email parsing in Lofty for 55 Places leads.
What kind of Email will be Parsed?
Lofty is able to parse a new lead into your CRM based on an email alert that comes from 55 Places to your Lofty-integrated email. Here are the common items that Lofty searches for in Email Parsing:
From Address: do-not-reply@55places.com
Subject: xxx(city) Inquiry - New Lead
Email Body:
How to Set it Up
Enter your Lofty-integrated email address as the email that receives lead notifications in your 55 Places settings.
How to find your unique Lofty email address in Lofty?
Go to the Settings page, and under the Features section on the right, click Integration to Integration page and then click Lead Capture.
On the bottom of this page, you will see Auto-import Lead via third-party providers. Here, you will see your Lofty email, which you will use to auto-import leads from Realtor.com. In this section, click Copy.
