Introduction
In this article, we will review how to set up email parsing in Lofty for Flipt leads.
What kind of Email will be Parsed?
Lofty is able to parse a new lead into your CRM based on an email alert that comes from Flipt to your Lofty-integrated email. Here are the common items that Lofty searches for in Email Parsing:
From Address: alerts@fliptr.com
Subject: Follow up - A New Home Valuation Request
Email Body:
How to Set it Up
Login to your Flipt account. Click Edit Profile.
Put in your integrated email address (in Lofty) in CC Email Address for Notifications or CRM Email for Notifications, then save changes.
How to find your unique Lofty email address in Lofty?
Go to the Settings page, and under the Features section on the right of the page, click Integration to Integration page and then click Lead Capture.
On the bottom of this page, you will see Auto-import Lead via third-party providers. Here, you will see your Lofty email, which you will use to auto-import leads from Realtor.com. In this section, click Copy.
